The mission of our programs and services is to protect, foster, develop and advance the rights and interests of people with developmental disabilities.
About HCG
Harvest Care Group (HCG) located in Hampton, Virginia. It is family-owned and operated and dedicated to serving the needs of Developmentally Disabled (DD) adults.
HCG focuses on the complete living experience for DD adults, offering residential group homes where we provide exceptional services so individuals with disabilities or behavioral health challenges can live, learn, work and play in their communities.
We evaluate each individual and design targeted success programs that meet their needs.
We accepts Virginia Medicaid, Virginia Medicaid waivers and private payment. If you are a family member, guardian or caseworker looking for the best care for a developmentally disabled adult, HCG is everything you’ve been looking for.
Each of our homes will only service 3-4 residents at a time, to ensure all assistance and individualized needs are met. At all times the home will be staffed with 2-3 direct care professionals; thus raising our program participant's quality of care, while fostering independence, promoting conflict resolution, and engaging in community participation.
